Tee Nuts

T nuts are a big family , there are T nuts with prongs and with no prongs. Usually, It is used on furniture and some metal sheets connections.

For T nuts with prongs, we currently produce six prongs, four prongs and three prongs, nuts with blind holes or through hole, which are as per customer’s requirements.

For T nuts with no prongs, there are so many kinds to be chosen, such as round head T nuts, square head T nuts, body with knurling, body shank, nuts with blind hole or through hole, which are as per customer’s requirements.

We can supply full sizes of this product, the popular sizes are M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, 8, 10,1/4”, 5/16”, 3/8”, threaded in Metric or Inch, coarse thread or find thread, which are as per customer’s demands.

The surface treatment we can supply is plain, black phosphate, white zinc plated, blue zinc plated, yellow zinc plated and so on.

Materials for T nuts are normally carbon steel, hardened carbon steel, we can also supply the nuts which are made of stainless steel (A2, A4) and aluminum alloy.

Various package methods are available, such as small box packing (Plastic bag +Box +Carton +Pallet) and bulk packing (Plastic bag + Carton+ Pallet), pallets or wooden cases is available.

It is promised that all nuts we produced are under the QC control which is ISO9001:2015. The unqualified rate of this part is 500PPM.

For the thread Gauge, usually we promise 6H (go gauge and no go gauge) to our customers, but some customers have special requirement which is go gauge 6G and no go gauge 6H.

With the plating thickness analysis machine, we can assure the plating thickness to our customer who needs special requirement.

We have salt spray testing machines to make the inspection in our own Lab.
