We purchase material such as ADC12, Alsi12, A380, Alsi9Cu3 from Chinese national company to make sure the quality of material. These parts have very strict tolerance which is ±0.01mm. All the parts have high requirement of porosity. We will follow ASTM E505 Level 3 or 2. We have great experience in communication die casting which have very strict surface quality because it needs silver plating and powder coating.

Our quality control is very well. We use spectrometer to control the material. We use two CMM to control the critical dimension: one is Automatic CMM-Zeiss from Germany, the other one is mannual CMMC- Tesa firm Swiss.
